Blockchain Practitioner China Conference and Awards 2018 has successfully concluded

HONG KONG, CHINA - Media OutReach - 19 September 2018 - The Blockchain Practitioner China Conference and Awards 2018 was organised by Cover Media Group, Coinvoice, Fintech4Good and iHuoQiu, with the support of near 70 mainstream media in blockchain industry. The conference was held on 18 ^th September 2018 at Pullman Shanghai South Hotel. It was a by-invitation only conference dedicated for blockchain practitioners and industry leaders. The conference gathered a large group of blockchain elites across the globe, including blockchain industrial associations, institutes, Fintech companies, blockchain technology innovators, blockchain application startups, corporate blockchain R&D teams, consulting firms and companies of digital economy industrial chain from more than 20 countries.

This year, the main topics of Blockchain Practitioner China Conference 2018 included latest global development of the blockchain technology, from crypto technology to distributed algorithm, from main network creation to Dapp development, also blockchain application and regulatory landscape, encompassing finance and payment, medical, distributed power gird, artificial intelligence, internet of things, supply chain management and tracing, IP protection and management, entertainment, audio, video and content industry etc.

The conference was aimed to create platform of cooperation and exchange for policy makers, blockchain technical experts, blockchain industry practitioners and investors, and designed to make contributions to the orderly and healthy development of the blockchain industry. The conference assists to establishment of the technology-driven new ecosystem of blockchain, and to value a group of blockchain practitioners for their contributions to the industry, ultimately facilitate the formation of the value internet.

To recognise contributors and elites in the blockchain industry, the organiser committee announced the election details of Blockchain Practitioner Awards (BPA) 2018 in July. During the conference day, the winner list was announced and award ceremony was held. The winners include blockchain institutions such as Cybereits, Lemo Chain, IMFChain, TiChain, InterValue, LightCash, ChainTiao and LianCaiJing, plus more. In addition, a special Individual Blockchain Practitioner Award was conferred to Jack Cheng (Managing Director of MegaBlock & CMO Asia of SingularDTV). The organiser committee appreciated the efforts in promoting the applications and development of the blockchain industry bought by those practitioners.

The conference was ended with a round-table discussion in the topic of "The Roadmap For The Development of Blockchain Industry Under Supervision: Technological Innovation, Ecosystem Construction, Enterprise Applications, Investment and Financing". The conference has successfully concluded and the organiser committee appreciated for the enthusiastic participation and support from the audiences and various partners.
